In collaboration with Schauman & Nordgren architects and Studio Max Gerthel
A study of how industrial structures can support new public life without losing their character. The project is shaped by the scale and logic of the harbour. Coastline, infrastructure and industrial volumes define direction and spatial order.
An existing building is extended with two new volumes. Together they form a continuous structure for reuse and public programmes, supporting long-term transformation. City and industrial harbour, side by side.
